Anonymous asked: how often do you work out? also, when looking at pictures of skinny girls or wanting to be healthy isn't enough motivation for you, how do you find motivation?
I know some people workout 3 times a week for an hour or two but I like doing about 20 minutes cardio every other day then ranging from 10-20 minutes of strength every day. I’ll post the daily workout thing I’m doing if you’d like (I found it on tumblr). it’s just my preference, but I’d like to start doing longer cardio and doing it more often. my motivation sometimes isn’t as high as it usually is but I just know I’ll regret it if I don’t workout. results and how I feel physically and emotionally are what keep me motivated. I always find I’m in a better mood after a workout. I don’t really need motivation to eat healthy though.
